Mailbox size
All our email accounts have a 10GB (gigabyte) storage quota as standard.
Additional storage can be purchased at £36/10GB/account/year from within your control panel.
Security settings
All our incoming and outgoing mail is secured by an SSL (secure sockets layer) certificate.
Server information settings
This information below is used in adding your email account(s) to your mail client. It's made up of two parts: incoming (IMAP or POP3) and outgoing (SMTP).
Incoming Server
Protocol: IMAP (recommended)
Server Name: imap.stackmail.com
Username: Your e-mail address
Password: Your e-mail password
Port: 993
Security: SSL/TLS
Authentication: Normal password / SPA
Protocol: POP3
Server Name: pop3.stackmail.com
Username: Your e-mail address
Password: Your e-mail password
Port: 995
Security: SSL/TLS
Authentication: Normal password / SPA
Outgoing Server
Protocol: SMTP
Server Name: smtp.stackmail.com
Username: Your e-mail address
Password: Your e-mail password

Adding my email account to a mail client
We've written an article here on how to add your email account(s) to your mail client (such as Outlook or MacMail).
Webmail
All our hosting packages include free and unlimited access to our webmail.
From here, you can send & receive emails, manage signatures, manage autoresponders, reset passwords and much more.
To access this, head to stackmail.com in your web browser. Then enter the username (which is your email address) and password (the password for that email address).
